TwinEagles Reports Strong Sales In First Two Months of 2018

TwinEagles, a gated golf course community being developed by The Ronto Group in North Naples, reported year-to-date closed and pending new construction contracts worth more than $16.9 million have been processed through February 27th, 2018. While the community is now approximately 94% sold, an array of 56 furnished models, unfurnished move-in ready homes, and buildable home sites with golf course, water, and preserve views remains available in six of TwinEagles’ finest neighborhoods. Five new unfurnished residences by Lennar Corporation are available for purchase at special pricing in Twin- Eagles’ Kinross neighborhood. The completed homes showcase Lennar’s Victoria, Isabella, and Maria floor plans and range from $557,091 to $612,091. Five additional unfurnished residences are planned. Incentives worth up to $20,000 are available. One buildable home site showcasing preserve views is also available in Kinross and can accommodate any of the six Kinross floor plans that range from 1,850 to 2,828 square feet. Two furnished models that have not been released for sale are open for viewing.

Minto Florida is offering two completed unfurnished “Custom Choice” homes with incentives worth $45,000 in TwinEagles’ secluded Dundee neighborhood that offers scintillating views. The unfurnished residences feature Minto’s Turnberry and Prestwick Grand floor plans. Twelve buildable home sites remain available in Dundee. Minto is offering incentives of up to $35,000 for all newly constructed homes in Dundee. In addition to one home site, two furnished models showcasing Minto’s Prestwick Grand and Turnberry Grand floor plans remain open for viewing in Minto’s Lockford neighborhood and have not been released for sale.

Minto’s unfurnished 3,064 square feet Turnberry great room residence in Dundee offers water views. The floor plan features three bedrooms, three full-baths and one half-bath, and a den. Six choice purchase opportunities, including a selection of developer-owned and builder-owned estate home sites priced from $325,000 to $401,000, remain available in TwinEagles’ Hedgestone neighborhood. Home and lot packages with estate residences ranging from 2,800 to 5,000 square feet by Stock Signature Homes and A.R.B.C. Arthur Rutenberg Homes are priced from $1.3 to $1.8 million.

Stock has started construction of an unfurnished residence featuring its Glenmore floor plan. Construction of a second unfurnished Glenmore is scheduled to begin this month. Base-priced at $754,990, the Glenmore’s 3,591 square feet great room plan includes four bedrooms, a study, four-and-a-half baths, a formal dining room and island kitchen, an outdoor living area with a fireplace, summer kitchen, pool and spa, and a three-car garage. Seven grand estate home sites are available in TwinEagles’ Sterling Hill, Inverness, and Strathmore Legacy Estate neighborhoods.
