With the community now more than 95 percent sold, The Ronto Group announced that less than 30 new home choices remain available at TwinEagles in North Naples. BoardRoom magazine recognized TwinEagles as a Distinguished Emerald Club, a designation accorded to the top 5-percent of private clubs throughout the world. Closed and pending new construction contracts worth more than $37.2 million have been processed since January 1 of this year. The remaining home choices include an array of furnished models, unfurnished move-in ready homes and home sites with golf course, water, and preserve views in six neighborhoods.

Three new unfurnished move-in ready residences remain available in Lennar Corp.’s Kinross neighborhood, two of which have been completed. The completed residences showcase Lennar’s 1,850-square-foot Victoria plan priced at $505,000 and $515,000. A 2,247-square-foot Maria residence is nearing completion priced at $540,000. Kinross presents a final opportunity to purchase a newly constructed single family home in TwinEagles at a price point starting in the low to mid-$500s. No home sites remain available in Kinross.

A furnished model showcasing Minto’s Prestwick Grand floor plan remains open for viewing in Minto’s Lockford neighborhood and has not been released for sale.

The sales success at TwinEagles is the result of Ronto’s development approach.
