TwinEagles announced that Minto Florida is offering homebuyers incentives worth up to $45,000 on four new unfurnished, move-in ready homes currently under construction in the North Naples community’s Dundee neighborhood. The four new unfurnished homes feature Minto’s popular Prestwick Grand and Turnberry floor plans. All four residences are priced in the mid- $700’s and range from 2,905 to 3,064 square feet under air. One of the Prestwick Grand residences is scheduled for completion in February and a second is expected to be completed by the end of second quarter. One of the two Turnberry residences is on schedule for completion by late January to early February. A second Turnberry will be completed by the end of first quarter. The secluded Dundee neighborhood features captivating water and preserve views. All of the buildable home sites in Dundee have been sold. In addition to the major savings offered by Minto in Dundee, buyers of all newly constructed homes in TwinEagles receive a complimentary golf membership. A furnished model showcasing Minto’s Prestwick Grand floor plan remains open for viewing in Minto’s Lockford neighborhood and has not been released for sale.
One of the two new Prestwick Grand residences now under construction includes a pool and spa. Personalized interior finish selections are still available for the second Prestwick Grand residence. The spacious 2,905 square-feet under air great room floor plan includes three bedrooms, three baths, a study, a sitting room, a formal dining room, an island kitchen, a spacious lanai, and a two-car garage. The plan’s great room opens to the lanai.
The beautifully designed 3,064 square feet under air Turnberry great room floor plan features three bedrooms, three full-baths and one halfbath, and a den. A large island kitchen and dining area combine with the great room to create a flowing living space that opens to a covered and screened lanai and a pool and spa. A two-car garage is also included.
The Ronto group announced earlier this month it has turned the TwinEagles community over to the residents. Just 25 purchase opportunities out of the original 717 remain available and the community is more than 95% sold. The remaining home choices include an array of furnished models, unfurnished move-in ready homes, and buildable home sites with golf course, water, and preserve views in six of TwinEagles’ finest neighborhoods.
With its 1,115 acres of glistening lakes, towering oaks, stately palms, and majestic fairways, the TwinEagles community offers a setting of unparalleled beauty. Quiet neighborhoods, where the sounds of silence are punctuated by the calls of myriad wildlife, present breathtaking vistas and unheard-of privacy. This remarkable tableau serves as an ideal backdrop for the tranquil, amenity rich lifestyle enjoyed by TwinEagles’ select group of residents.
The community’s array of worldclass amenities includes two championship golf courses that offer the ultimate golf experience. The Talon golf course has been a favorite of professional golfers for years and is regarded as the jewel of the community. Designed by Jack Nicklaus and his son, the Talon is regarded as the top residential course in Southwest Florida and hosted PGA Champions Tour tournament events an unprecedented 12 times. Set against a splendid backdrop of the community’s lush natural setting, the Talon Course is one of two distinctly different golf courses at TwinEagles. After purchasing the community in September 2010, Ronto worked with noted golf course architect Steve Smyers to create a new course that has a challenging historical design with modern yardages. When the new Eagle Course opened, it was named “Best New U.S. Private Course of the Year” by Golf Magazine. TwinEagles’ residents and golf professional appreciate the Eagle’s thought-provoking playing angles, optical challenges, and gorgeous setting. Smyers and his design associate, Patrick Andrews, consider the Eagle Course a true work of art that makes the most of the natural setting. Like their historical mentors and classic course designers Charles Blair Macdonald and Seth Raynor, Smyers and Andrews adapted the holes to fit the land – and lengthened the historical layouts to accommodate modern equipment.
The golf courses provide a magical background for the peaceful grand estate neighborhoods tucked along lush fairways and shimmering lakes that offer breathtaking vistas. A 47,000 square-foot clubhouse pays homage to St. Andrews where the game of golf was born. In addition to a golf pro shop offering an array of golf equipment, clothing, and accessories, the Clubhouse’s wrap-around verandahs that overlook preserve views and the finishing holes of both courses provide an ideal setting for enjoying a post-round beverage and conversation. The Clubhouse also offers one of the finest dining experiences in Southwest Florida. A variety of succulent treats ranging from seafood and stuffed chicken to pasta can be accompanied by a selection from a meticulously vetted wine list.
To provide residents with an array of recreational choices, the Clubhouse is complemented by a sparkling amenity center that includes a 2,500-square foot pool with a large spa, a zero-entry feature, and an expansive sunning deck overlooking a lake. An outdoor lounge, dining venue, and lighted Har-Tru tennis courts are located adjacent to the pool. A 6,430-square foot fitness center was designed to complement the Clubhouse architecture. The floor plan includes men’s and women’s locker rooms, areas for aerobics and yoga, as well as an expansive fitness hall that houses state-of-the-art exercise equipment. TwinEagles also offers the serenity of dozens of lakes, miles of walking paths, and neighborhood parks and gardens that dot the landscape and provide quiet spots for enjoying the community’s tranquil ambiance.
The caliber of the golf and overall club experience at TwinEagles have been repeatedly acknowledged. Most recently, Boardroom magazine recognized TwinEagles as a Distinguished Emerald Club for the second time, a designation accorded to the top five-percent of private clubs throughout the world. The magazine developed the award program to help vitalize and preserve the institution of private clubs by fostering a ceaseless drive to improve the member experience provided by private clubs worldwide. To be a Distinguished Emerald Club, the club must provide a member experience at a level attained by only the finest clubs in the world. Boardroom’s criteria for member experience include intangible quality, service quality, governance quality, facility quality, and product quality.
The Ronto Group is also developing the recently completed Seaglass highrise tower at Bonita Bay. A choice selection of tower residences remains available. The Phase III building at Ronto’s Naples Square community in downtown Naples is nearing completion. Just over a dozen Phase III residences remain available. Ronto’s Orange Blossom Naples development located at 1948 Oil Well Road offers an affordable resort lifestyle and residences priced from the $200’s. Ronto is accepting purchase agreements for residences at the new Omega high-rise that will be the final high-rise tower built within Bonita Bay and for Eleven Eleven Central, a new walkable/bikeable community being built on Central Avenue between 10th Street and Goodlette-Frank Road in downtown Naples. Phase I construction at Eleven Eleven Central is underway.
