TwinEagles announced that Minto Florida is offering a $35,000 buyer incentive for seven new unfurnished, move-in ready residences under construction in the community’s Dundee neighborhood.
The seven new unfurnished homes feature Minto’s three-bedroom, three-bath Inverness II, Prestwick Grand and Turnberry floor plans. All seven are priced in the $700s and range from 2,733 to 3,064 square feet under air. Five of the residences are scheduled for completion by the end of this year. Construction of a new Turnberry residence began in August with completion anticipated by the end of first quarter 2019. Construction of a new Prestwick Grand residence has just begun.
The secluded Dundee neighborhood features water and preserve views. All of the home sites in Dundee have been sold. A furnished model showcasing Minto’s Prestwick Grand floor plan remains open for viewing in Minto’s Lockford neighborhood and has not been released for sale.
The 2,733-square-foot under air Inverness II floor plan offers three bedrooms, three baths, a two-car garage, and a one-car garage. Two residences featuring the Inverness II plan are underway.
Construction of three new Prestwick Grand residences is also underway. The 2,905-square-foot under air great room floor plan includes three bedrooms, three baths, a study, a large sitting room, a formal dining room, an island kitchen that includes a pass-through to a lanai that features an outdoor kitchen, and a three car garage. The great room showcases a 12- to 14-foot double coffered ceiling and fully opens to the lanai.
Minto is also building two unfurnished, 3,064-square-foot under air Turnberry great room residences. The floor plan features three bedrooms, three full baths and one half bath, and a den. A large island kitchen and dining area combine with the great room to create a flowing living space that opens to a covered and screened lanai and a pool and spa. A two-car garage is also included.
With just 32 purchase opportunities out of the original 717 remaining, TwinEagles is in its final phase. Six neighborhoods, including Pulte Homes Covent Garden carriage home neighborhood that offered TwinEagles’ lowest price point, have sold out. Other neighborhoods that have sold out since the Ronto Group purchased the community in September 2010 include Hollybrook, Wicklow, Wisteria and Fenhurst. All the home sites that have been released for sale in Lockford have also been sold. Closed and pending sales contracts worth more than $35 million have been processed since January 1 of this year.
