TwinEagles will be holding a Craft Beer & Wine Model Tour during the 2017 Chubb Classic golf tournament next weekend. The tour will be held Friday and Saturday, February 17th and 18th from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Tour guests will preview seven furnished models in three TwinEagles neighborhoods. Up to fifteen guests will depart the TwinEagles clubhouse every ten to fifteen minutes to begin the one-hour tour. Homebuyer prospects not attending the Chubb Classic will not be able to gain entry to TwinEagles Thursday through Sunday.
Up to 200 Craft Beer & Wine Model Tour guests per day will receive one free ticket to the Taste of SW Florida presented by Cadillac, a food, beer, wine, and spirits festival to be held on Friday and Saturday on the tournament grounds. The Taste of SW Florida will include a restaurant and alcohol sampling from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and a Happy Hour alcohol sampling only from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The Craft Beer & Wine Model Tour will showcase luxury residences crafted by TwinEagles’ celebrated Preferred Builders. Three designer-decorated, furnished models are being featured in the Lake Estates neighborhood. Lake Estates presents 19 south or west-facing lakefront home sites 110-feet wide and 150-feet deep with long-range views of a 34-acre lake. Eleven home sites remain available. Lake Estates features minimum 3,500 square feet residences by A.R.B.C. Arthur Rutenberg Homes, Stock Signature Homes, and Divco Custom Homes starting at $1.5 million.
