TwinEagles to Hold Craft Beer & Wine Model Tour during Chubb Classic Next Weekend

TwinEagles will be holding a Craft Beer & Wine Model Tour during the 2017 Chubb Classic golf tournament next weekend. The tour will be held Friday and Saturday, February 17th and 18th from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Tour guests will preview seven furnished models in three TwinEagles neighborhoods. Up to fifteen guests will depart the TwinEagles clubhouse every ten to fifteen minutes to begin the one-hour tour. Homebuyer prospects not attending the Chubb Classic will not be able to gain entry to TwinEagles Thursday through Sunday.

Up to 200 Craft Beer & Wine Model Tour guests per day will receive one free ticket to the Taste of SW Florida presented by Cadillac, a food, beer, wine, and spirits festival to be held on Friday and Saturday on the tournament grounds. The Taste of SW Florida will include a restaurant and alcohol sampling from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and a Happy Hour alcohol sampling only from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The Craft Beer & Wine Model Tour will showcase luxury residences crafted by TwinEagles’ celebrated Preferred Builders. Ronto Transforms TwinEagles

In 2007, TwinEagles in North Naples was known for its mesmerizing beauty and the caliber of its golf. It was considered one of Naples’ up and coming communities. When the real estate market collapsed in 2008, growth at TwinEagles subsided substantially. In 2009, The Ronto Group visited the property.

“What we saw was a community that was facing difficulties,” said Ronto Executive Vice President Anthony Solomon. “Underneath the cosmetic deficiencies, we saw a community that had great bones. In September, 2010, Ronto finalized its purchase. An aggressive strategy focused on creating a golf centric lifestyle within a traditional country club model was put into motion. The Talon golf course was regarded as the jewel of the community. Designed by Jack Nicklaus and his son, the Talon is regarded as the top residential course in Southwest Florida and will host the ACE Group Classic PGA Champions Tour event in February. The second course, however, was not up to Ronto’s standards. They worked with golf course architect Steve Smyers to create a new course. “We created a unique golf membership program,” said Solomon. “From the time we took over, we included a golf membership with every newly constructed home sale. We created great value for home owners within the community because the membership is attached to the home and transfers. By doing this, we assured the long term viability and success of the club that will ultimately be transferred to the owners at no cost at sellout.”

Ronto’s efforts eventually paid off. After just 28 sales in their first two years, things shifted dramatically in 2013 when 65 sales were processed. That was followed by 95 sales in 2014 and a similar number in 2015 when sales volume totaled $135,593,428.

“Buyers started to understand what we were building here, and to appreciate the value of what we had to offer,” said Van Osborne who has been Sales Manager at TwinEagles since August, 2012. “Ronto kept its promises, enhanced the value of Twin Eagles with the addition of the Eagle Golf Course and the amenity center, transformed the initial impression of the community by re-doing the entry and arrival sequence, and enrolled several outstanding builders who deliver a superior product. Another factor in TwinEagles resurgence has been the commercial development along the Immokalee Road corridor east of Interstate 75.

“When we came to TwinEagles, they were just finishing the widening of Immokalee Road,” said Solomon. “You could see the commercial development gaining momentum. The growth along Immokalee Road has been tremendous. We’re getting more shopping centers, more restaurants, and medical buildings. NCH has opened a mini-hospital/emergency center and an imaging center.”

TwinEagles Reports Over $110 Million in Sales through October

TwinEagles reported 14 closed and pending new construction transactions worth nearly $9.36 million were processed during October, increasing the community’s year-to-date new construction sales volume to over $110 million. TwinEagles’ tranquil setting, diverse product offering, and world-class amenities continue to attract homebuyers. Three new neighborhoods have been introduced this year.

Minto Florida’s new Dundee single-family neighborhood offers a final opportunity to purchase a 2,600 to 3,800 square feet residence in the $600,000 to $800,000 price range within TwinEagles.
